– The construction of ski tracks is in progress and the contractor is the Podgorica-based company Gradnja Inzenjering. The value of the contract, which entails the preparation of the preliminary design and the main project for 10 kilometers of ski tracks and the construction of six kilometers in the first phase of the works, is EUR 1.2 million – the press release says.
The new ski tracks will meet all the standards and norms of the International Ski Federation (FIS), featuring guiding fences, protective fences and suitable signalization.
– The realization of the project will contribute to a considerable improvement of the quality of the offer at this attractive winter tourist destination, considering that a total of 12.5 kilometers of ski tracks will be available – the Public Works Administration says.
Let us remind that a new six-seat ski-lift with a capacity of 2,600 skiers per hour and the ambient restaurant Troglava opened in early 2019, and the first one to ski on the new tracks was the legendary Yugoslav skier Bojan Krizaj.
