Company name display fee payment now available online

The electronic application for calculating communal tax for displaying company names on business premises is now available at the local tax administrations portal lpa.gov.rs, the NALED announced.

In order to use this electronic service, one needs a qualified electronic certificate, and legal entities can now apply online for this type of fee for one or more facilities.

– All they need to do is log on to the lpa.gov.rs system and enter their data, and with insight into the obligations, they can make an electronic payment immediately too. Instead of two hours, it takes five minutes – says the director for regulatory reform at the NALED, Jelena Bojovic.

Electronic application through this portal can be carried out by persons authorized for it in line with the PEP form, along with a qualified electronic certificate.

The frequency and the obligation of filing the application remain the same, in line with the decisions adopted by local self-governments.

The application is filed for all facilities on the territory of a local self-government unit.
