Land and facilities in Leskovac up for sale

The City Council of Leskovac has advertised the sale of building land through public bidding.

As said, the subject of the sale is the land of 11,000 m2 with seven facilities undergoing the legalization process, whose initial price is around RSD 28.2 million. Also up for sale is the land of 7,883 m2, also with a facility in the legalization process, and whose initial price is around RSD 23.5 million. More about the tender can be found HERE.

The city is also selling facilities of 40 and 52 m2. The initial price of the first facility is RSD 3.2 million, whereas the second one is offered for RSD 4.2 million. More can be found HERE.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements.

The public bidding will be held on October 4 in Leskovac, at 10 am for the land and 11 am for the facilities.
