Tender for construction of underground garages in Belgrade by end of year

City of Belgrade will announce an open competition by the end of the year for construction of underground garages in Skerlićeva Street, Gavrila Principa Street, Kosovke devojke Street, and at the Republic Square.

The investors who offer to use new facilities over shorter period of time after construction will get the job.

That means that the garages built in the second half of year 2010 will be the joint property of the city and private companies.

According to some estimates, the value of square meter would be lower than 800 EUR.
