“Delises” property at auction on September, 22nd

Agency for privatization has announced that on September, 22nd in Belgrade, it will offer for sale a factory of canned fruit and vegetables “Delises” from Vladicin Han, as well as plantation property in Zitoradja.

The object of sale will also be Factory of juices from Lepenica, which is a part of “Delises”.

Starting price for factory’s property located in Vladicin Han will be 1.128.000 EUR, while all interested buyers for the Factory of juices from Lepenica could offer no less than 968.000 EUR. The object of sale are also auxiliary buildings and offices, warehouse, equipment, inventory, multi year plantation of fruit and vegetables, sale centers in Spruz in Montenegro and in Nis etc.

The right on participation at this auction have all domestic and foreign individuals and corporate entities. Deadline for submission of applications for auction participation is September, 18th.

Agency for privatization already tried to sell this once famous agricultural combine and juice producer, both on tender and auction. In November of the last year, there was scheduled auction sale with a starting price of 55,7 million RSD, and for the future buyer there were determined minimum investments in the amount of 90,4 million RSD, but the auction was unsuccessful.
