Mercator Center Novi Sad put up for sale – Bid deadline February 11
The trade center has 15,491 m2, and the bid submission deadline is February 11.
Mercator told Beta that the sale was a part of the strategy from 2014, when it was decided for the debts of Mercator Group to be reduced through a project of the monetization of the property, enabling its long-term development and investments in the main activity, that is, the retail of consumer goods.
Mercator hypermarkets will continue operating after the sale of the trade center in Novi Sad, as well as in Belgrade.
