North Industrial Zone in Pancevo to expand – Detailed Regulation Plan to be prepared soon

Once the City Assembly of Pancevo confirms the proposal of the City Council, the Urban Planning department will start preparing the Detailed Regulation Plan for the expansion of the North Industrial Zone to the east.

This is an area of 26.3 hectares of public state land toward the Pancevo-Zrenjanin railway, 013info.rs reports.

The new part of the North Zone should feature small and medium enterprises whose operations will not have a negative impact on the environment. As the Ministry of Defense has limited construction activities in the area due to the presence of military barracks, a request will be made for those conditions to change.

The deadline period for the preparation of the DRP is 180 days.
