Pipeline from Aleksandrovac to Tutin to cost EUR 48 million – Construction to begin in July 2018

Minister of Mining and Energy of Serbia Aleksandar Antic said on Thursday, October 26, 2017, that the Government’s priority was to build a pipeline from Aleksandrovac, through Raska and Novi Pazar, to Tutin, and that the construction should begin in July 2018.

Answering the MPs’ questions at the National Assembly of Serbia about creating infrastructural conditions for the development of the area, he said that the project would cost EUR 48 million.

According to him, the pipeline is necessary for the development of an industrial zone in the area.


– We also reached the decision to prepare a spatial plan for the pipeline which will supply Kopaonik, Raska, Novi Pazar and Tutin – Antic said.

The minister added that the funds for the initial expenditures had been set aside from the state budget and that the project was to be realized by Srbijagas.
