Bač, Industrial zone of small economy offered to investors for free – with obligatory quick construction and employment of new workers

Municipal Council of Bača has made the decision to offer the industrial zone of small economy to the future interested investors for free, with obligatory construction and investment within exemplary period and employment of new workers. This zone of small economy is settled next to the crossroads of important roads, some 100 meters away from the main road M -18 Bačka Palanka - Odžaci and 200 meters from regional road R-102 Bač - Bački Petrovac.

Industrial zone is divided into parcels. The offer refers to 24 parcels of 10 ares each with possibility of merging. The industrial zone is 900 meters away from the railway tracks, 1 km away from the Danube - Tisa – Danube canal and 12 km away from the Danube. The position of the zone is very favourable due to vicinity of Bač and Vukovar, which means that one can reach the center of Vukovar in less than 20 minutes by using water ways. To say it more precisely, the length of the transportation road is reduced by some 90 km.

Zone of small economy is not equipped as far as infrastructure is concerned, but all necessary main lines (long-distance power line, telephone connections, plumbing and sewerage) are in its vicinity.
