Project development from quality location to realization – Konstruktor Real Estate founded

The newly founded Konstruktor Real Estate, a specialized company for development of investment projects, is the fifth member of the Konstruktor Group and will operate in line with the classical model of a company dealing in project developing.

The founding of the company rounds up the portfolio of Konstruktor, directed at the development of a new business segment – the development of the most quality locations in Belgrade and throughout Serbia, along with the realization of planning and carrying our works on various kinds of facilities, the company says in its press release.

As they explain for our portal, the primary activity of Konstruktor Real Estate will be to find attractive locations and investors. The newly founded company will therefore be the carrier of the investment, whereas other companies within the Konstruktor Group will be put in charge of carrying out the works.

As pointed out in the press release, the range of investment projects is directed at the most attractive locations available, on which residential-office, retail and logistics facilities are offered to the investment market.

The company's management, it is added, guides itself exclusively by market-based developing of attractive locations in Belgrade and Serbia and will be selecting a small number of very high quality projects.

– Developing projects are ranked in line with strong investment (banking) rules and then further developed from the process of planning and obtaining the necessary documents for carrying out the works, all the way to the sale. The Konstruktor Group is capable, in terms of employees, finances and organization, to carry out each project individually in line with the turnkey system, and Konstruktor Real Estate is open to numerous forms of cooperation with investors, with which various partnership contracts can be signed at all stages of project realization – the press release says.
