Serbia's foreign currency reserves - 16,5 billions USD

Serbia's total foreign currency reserves in March of this year reached amount of 16,5 billions USD, which is for 3,2 % higher than in 2007.

According to the data from the Institute for market research, National bank's foreign currency reserves were increased for 65, and reserves of the other corporate banks were decreased for 19%.

Foreign debt of Serbia, according to the data of this Institute, has worrying growth dynamics, and by the end of February, of this year, it reached 26,9 billions USD, which is twice more than in 2000.

Out of this, state's debt is 34%, while private debt is 65,8%.

Total money mass in March of this year, was reduced compared to December of last year, for 8,4%, the same as reduction of deposit money.
