Wizz Air transports half a million passengers from Serbia in 2016 – Four new lines from Belgrade soon

The airline company Wizz Air reported that it had transported more than half a million passengers from Serbia in 2016 and that it would establish four new lines from Belgrade in 2017.

The largest low cost company in Central and Eastern Europe established 100 new lines and transported 23 million passengers in 2016, which is 19% more than in 2015.


Wizz Air has a total of 519 lines to 134 destinations in 40 countries, and it employs 3,000 people.

It was announced that the company would have flights to Chisinau, Moldova, and Varna, Bulgaria, in March and July 2017.
