"East Point" to take over baking industry "Izvor" from Paraćin
Baking industry "Klas" from Belgrade
has announced its intention to take over 56.37% of stocks of baking company "Izvor"
from Paraćin.
"Klas", of which majority owner is "East Point Holding" whose owner
is Zoran Drakulić, plans to take over 5,907 stocks of "Izvor". Total market value
of 5,907 stocks is 42.53m RSD.
"East Point Holding" is the majority owner of manufacturer of pastas, baked products and cereals “Klas” from Belgrade, "Žitomlin" from Belgrade, "Žitoprodukt" from Bačka Palanka, "Sombormlin" from Sombor, "Belgrade Baking Industry" and "Žitozajednica" from Belgrade.
"Klas" currently owns 43.63% of "Izvor", while 42.09% of that company is the property of Dragiša Milojević, the carrier of the consortium that bought 70% of capital.
