Another 4.5km of Kragujevac – Batočina road in 2008

Manager of Public Company "Putevi Srbije", Branko Jocić, and Mayor of Kragujevac, Veroljub Stevanović, signed the contract on December 14, 2007, on continuation of construction of Kragujevac – Batočina highway, which will connect center of Šumadija with international “Corridor 10”.

So far, 5.5 km of the road have already been built and construction of another 4.5 km will take place in 2008. This section of the highway will be built on the territory of municipalities of Batočina and Lapovo. About 300m RSD will be set aside from the National Investment Plan for construction of new section 4.5 km long.
