Jovan Martinovic appointed head of the Agency for disputes in privatization process

The Government of Serbia appointed Jovan Martinovic an acting head of the Agency for managing disputes in privatization process, the latest Official Gazette announced.
In late January, the Government of Serbia set up the Agency for managing disputes in privatization process which will take over processes from shut down Agency as well as equipment, tools and archive as well as staff distributed at representing affairs.

The Agency for deal with presentation in the process started before February 1, 2016 before courts, authorized institutions where the Agency for privatization participated.

In the decision on set up of the Agency, it was stated that the Government of Serbia appoints Managerial Board and the head of the Agency for a five-year period, entitled to two mandates.
