"Dukat" increased share in "Somboled"

Dairy industry "Dukat" from Zagreb announced that it had taken over another 30,329 stocks of Sombor-based dairy "Somboled", that is, about 2.45% of stocks. After this takeover, "Dukat" became the owner of 98.92% of stocks of "Somboled", that is, 1,222,403 stocks.

Croatian company announced the offer for takeover of the remaining stocks of "Somboled" on July 20, and the offer was on prior to August 9. It concerned takeover of all 3.53% of stocks at price of 1,350 RSD per stock.

Sombor-based dairy realized net profit in amount of 111.2m RSD in 2006, it paid about 1.66m RSD worth of tax on profit and registered income of 45,000 RSD per stock.

According to the information from the web site of "Somboled", that dairy, which "HACCP" certificate, daily purchases 130,000 liters of milk from the manufacturers.


Leading brands of Sombor's factory are milks "somboled", yogurts "bioactive", "ab kultura" and cheese "somborska feta". In addition to factory in Sombor, "Somboled" also has two logistic centers in Novi Sad and Belgrade, and it employs about 350 people.
