More than 40 German theatres is looking for reading drama of Marijana Verhoef , young Belgrade citizen
More than 40 German theatres officially asked to read a drama Playboy, of Belgrade’s artist, Marijana Verhoef, born in 1986, who lives and works in Berlin, Henschel Schauspiel, German agency representing her, announced. This work of art already has a premiere scheduled – at the Theater Augsburg, directed by a young director, Katrin Plotner.
The repertoire of German theaters has already listed another her play - Amsterdam, played at Dusseldorfer Schauspielhaus since February, directed by Nurkan Erpulaa. The agency representing a young artist announced there is already a huge interest for her latest drama, Bread for fairies, a modern horror fairy-tale which raises questions of relations of different cultures when it comes to emancipation of women and how to respect other culture and be yourself.
