Balkans aromas at Chef’s Tour Dinner Series in Belgrade
Vanja Puskar, the founder of the New Balkan Cuisine concept, Nenad Jovanovic, the chef at the Credo restaurant, and Eyck Zimmer, the culinary director of The Square restaurant, presented the concept at Hotel Radisson Collection, Old Mill Belgrade and invited people of Belgrade to joint hem in trying out the degustation menus of the capital of Serbia.
In November and December, an interesting gastronomic tour of these three chefs will take place in three Belgrade restaurants, where they will showcase their passion for food and modern culinary tendencies. Guests will be introduced to their individual cooking styles, through aromas of the Balkans, the Nordic cuisine and the traditional French cuisine, with specially selected wines of the best quality.
The first event was held on November 9 at the OMB Larder restaurant (Radisson Collection Hotel, Old Mill Belgrade). The second one will take place at the Credo restaurant (Courtyard by Marriott City Belgrade City Centre) on November 23, and the third one is scheduled for December 7 at The Square restaurant (Square Nine Hotel).
The Chef’s Tour menu costs RSD 6,000 per dinner and drink matching costs another RSD 3,000.
