Emaar Properties from Dubai plans to invest USD 3.1 billion in "Belgrade on Water" project
Mohammed al Abbar, a world-renowned businessman, should visit Belgrade on January 12th to talk with Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic about an investment in the "Belgrade on Water" project, Novi Magazin reports.
Vucic said in an interview with Novi Magazin that Al Abbar was ready to invest USD 3.1 billion in that project.
Mohammed al Abbar is the director of Dubai-based Emaar Properties, the largest real estate development company in the Persian Gulf region. Its most famous project is an impressive tower in Dubai called Burj Khalifa, currently the world's tallest building.
