Expropriation for construction and reconstruction of University Clinical Center in Nis to begin

The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision determining the public interest for the expropriation of immovable property – land and facilities on the land, which, by law, can be the subject of the expropriation of immovable property, to the end of construction and reconstruction of the facilities of the University Clinical Center of Nis.

The decision was adopted in accordance with the Location Information of January 31, 2024, issued by the City Administration for Construction of the City of Nis, and in line with the First Amendments to the General Regulation Plan of the Area of the City Municipality Medijana in Nis, for immovable property in the cadaster municipality Nis Cele Kula, in the territory of the city of Nis.

The Republic of Serbia is designated as the beneficiary of the expropriation.
