German Muehlbauer Holding plans to build technology center in Stara Pazova - Investment worth 2.5 million euros
German company Muehlbauer Holding AG & Co.
KGaA plans to open a EUR 2.5 million worth of technology center in Stara Pazova. As it was announced, the construction should commence in the second quarter of this year.
The investor will hire local construction companies to implement this project and use wide range of services, thus stimulating the development of local small and mid-sized enterprises.
The investor will employ 150 workers in the first phase and plans to increase the total number of employees to 250 over the next three years. A 4,000-square-meter production plant will be built on a 21,245-square-meter land whose market value is EUR 354,083.
Muehlbauer Holding AG & Co. KGaA is the global leader in the field of innovative systems and software solutions for the production and personalization of cards, passports and RFID applications. It's presence in the municipality of Stara Pazova will also create conditions for work and development of new technologies and it will help attract new investments.
The municipality of Stara Pazova has prepared a Study on justification of free-of-charge allotment of building land in the eastern industrial zone and the economic and recreational center in that town, and that document is now on public display.
