The facility will occupy 25,000 m2 of space for rent, distributed in about 30 large facilities of different purposes and will be so far the largest retail park in Belgrade.
The investor is the British company Poseidon, already present at domestic market with a retail park in Sabac and next to Rakovica in the upcoming period construction of similar facility in Sombor is planned.
The investment is estimated at EUR 30 m and the construction of this facility takes about a year.
