AB Royal Trans from Prijepolje to build logistics center near Sid (PHOTO)

AB Royal Trans from Prijepolje is building a logistics center in the territory of Sid municipality. The first phase is planned to see the construction of logistics center on a surface area of 65x20x10 meters, with a capacity of about 2,500 pallets and with a total of 5 loading and unloading ramps (three frontal and two side ramps), whereas the surface area of the building lot totals 7,652 square meters.
A tota value of this investment is approximately EUR 650,000.
By the way, the project investor, AB Royal Trans, operates at all border crossings and customs offices in Prijepolje, Belgrade and Sid. The core activity of this company is mediation in customs procedures, while its additional activities include transport, organization of transport, storage and distribution of goods.
AB Royal Trans currently employs 65 workers and plans to hire additional 15-20 people upon the completion of this logistics center.
The architect and contractor is Belgrade-based Konstruktor Konsalting, which investors say has a huge experience and great references such as the construction of LC Milsped and many others.
The agreement was signed August and all the work is expected to be finished in late February or early March 2016.
People at AB Royal Trans explain to eKapija that they picked this location primarily because of the proximity of highway.
Also, the price of land was quite affordable when they acquired it.
