Building permit issued for two towers within Belgrade Waterfront complex - Foundation stone laying on September 27th
Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali said that the building permit had been issued Thursday, adding that it was the last formal prerequisite for the commencement of works.
- After a year and a half of intensive work on site clearing, negotiations on the agreement, creation of conditions related to the validity of the agreement, we got a building permit and now have three days to start the implementation of this big project - said Mali.
The foundation stone for the Belgrade Waterfront project will be laid Sunday, September 27th, by Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Mohammed Al Abbar, the first man of Eagle Hills and the Belgrade Waterfront project investor.
