Belgrade Waterfront gets W Belgrade hotel and BW Residences suites - Opening scheduled for 2019
W Belgrade hotel will open its door in 2019 within the Belgrade Waterfront complex, featuring 120 stylized rooms and suites. At the same time, W Residences will include 165 luxury branded flats ranging in size from 55 to 100 square meters. They will be placed in two towers, and their tenants will have access to facilities and services within W Belgrade hotel.
The start of construction of BW Residences, which will be situated right next to W Belgrade Hotel & Residences, is scheduled for 27 September 2015, and it will also be the beginning of construction of first residential buildings under the Belgrade Waterfront project.
