Construction of retail park in Subotica started - MPC Properties pours EUR 10 m and hires 250 people

(Details from the site) With placing a cornerstone in Subotica, construction of the first retail center Shoppi in Subotica has started where MPC Properties will pour EUR 10 m thanks to which 250 people will be employed.

The cornerstone was placed at the location of construction of the retail park Shoppi by the mayor of Subotica and representative of MPC Properties, Thomas Villadsen.

As announced, the works will end by the end of the year and the opening is scheduled for the spring next year.

Contractor is SMB from Subotica, designer is Geoexpert, expert supervision is done by Tebodin consulting company while leasing management affairs and facility management were entrusted to Confluence Property Management.
