Uradi-zaradi introduces new payment system - Team is actively looking for an investment

(Illustration) As the pandemic started, the team behind the start-up start-up started a new project "Self-isolation is yours - our concern" where they offered services such as groceries from the store, purchases of drugs from pharmacies, dog walks 30 minutes a day and for the service itself they did not charge a commission.

- In the period during 2020, we focused mostly on the development of the platform, the card "payment" system and the attempt to adapt the service we already have. At the end of 2020, we completed the integration of the "payment" system and started testing the system, counting on the risk of users leaving. Only 10% of users did not switch to the new payment system and all new users very easily accepted this method of payment - says Dragana Jovcic, co-founder of the startup, for Netokracija.

The system for the customer ordering services is very simple and available 24/7. That is why this system enabled the mentioned startup with a simple billing system.

What is also new in the business of this startup is that they started the process of introducing the "babysitting" service at the end of 2021. The service will be officially available after the completion of the technical part in progress, while 80% of market research and preparations for the necessary testing have already been done.

This startup also needs an investment in order to expand the team, work on marketing and scale the business to at least one city outside Serbia, covering most of the big cities in our country.

- As we "bootstrapped" the entire project in order to scale the service, we will actively dedicate ourselves to the process of seeking investment in 2022 - says Dragana.
