Google is arriving to Belgrade in early November to organize Google Launchpad
, an all-week training program meant for startups in early stages of development. The event, which will be held from November 5 through 13, is realized by Google Launchpad, Google's global program of acceleration and support for startups, and Startit.
Through this program, Google has picked 50 international experts who will help the selected enterprises to upgrade their business more quickly and successfully, Startit says.
Over five work-intensive days, the teams will learn how to better present and promote their products, get advice on collecting the necessary funds, learn how to choose the right people for the team
, and many other topics crucial to building a successful company will be discussed as well.
The teams which go through the program will also be closer to Google's global accelerator program, a global network of mentors and startups, and all its advantages. Furthermore, the best teams from Belgrade's Launchpad Start will get an opportunity to participate for free in the seventh generation of Startit's Startup Academy, the most successful regional startup training program.
Participation in Google Launchpad is free and meant primarily for startups in an early phase, with the first version of the product already prepared and ready to work, the organizers say.
deadline is October 22.
