The board members of the Town Hall of Aranđelovac have adopted the decision about rental of 2 ha of building land to British company "Reval holdings limited" on period of two years. The factory from Britain will have the factory of building elements built on that location and employ 200 workers.
According to the words of the General Manager of company, Vladimir Valenčić, the value of the investment is 3.5m EUR and the trial work of the factory will commence in five months. The factory will be producing ecological building materials, ISO 14000 standard, which are used in the building of business and apartment facilities in 55 countries.
Aranđelovac will be the 36th city in the world where that British company will have the factory of building materials for quick construction built.
- The products from that factory will be "covering" market in Serbia, former Yugoslav republics, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Hungary - said Valenčić.
