Serbian villas on world market – largest multinational company for sale of real estates “Remax” opens office in our country

The largest multinational company for sale of real estates “Remax”, with the headquarters in Denver, which operates in 67 countries and has 6,898 agencies and 120,000 stores in the world, is arriving in Serbia, as well as in Montenegro, in April 2007.

The Manager for this territory will be Miodrag Kušić, a businessman from Canada.

With annual real estates sales worth 400 billion USD, constant growth since it was founded 34 years ago and with the reputation of one of 50 companies that changed the world, the aim of "Remax" is, as Kušić says, that the real estates from Serbia and Montenegro be promoted on the world market. "Remax" is present in all surrounding countries, except in BiH, Albania and Macedonia.

As far as citizens are concerned, the arrival of "Remax" means that they will get the services of top-trained professionals who work in world-acknowledged system, disregarding the nature of the individual market, with the maximum safety in trade in real estates.

- That means that the new jobs will be created, as well as opportunities for starting of one’s own business through the world-acknowledged company. When the citizen chooses to sell the real estates, it will be offered to the buyers through the network of "Remax" branches all around the world. There are more than 200 sellers of Serbian origin only in America and Canada – Kušić points out.
