Draft Law on Planning and construction, that should save time for building permit issuing, will be soon discussed at public hearing, while its adoption is expected in August, said the Deputy Prime Minister Zorana Mihajlovic today.
Mihajlovic informed representatives of National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED), German Organization for Technical Cooperation (GIZ) and USAID Project for Better Business Conditions about crucial innovations in the law, dynamics of secondary legislation and expected effect of the law on business conditions improvement, writes in release of Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
NALED representatives pointed out positive effects of this system in Macedonia, which saves time for building permit issuing, and offered their help in its implementation in Serbia.
Donor organizations also have interest in improvement of the building permit system. They would mutually coordinate activities and potential financial support for the electronic building permit system inSerbia.
