Kalezic estimates that Novi Beograd is still the most wanted location for business and outlines that it will not change in the next ten years.
- We witness that Novi Beograd is the base of IT sector, banks, insurance companies and foreign companies, luxurious hotels, shopping malls and hypermarkets. If you take into account the announced arrival of foreign investors, there is no a single reason to doubt that they will gravitate to this part of the capital. Therefore, I would not be surprised with the mild square meter price increase in 2015.
Residential and business complex is located in the central zone in Novi Beograd, in Block 11a, between Bulevar Mihajla Pupina, Tresnjin cveta, Bulevar Nikole Tesle and Aleksinackih rudara streets.
