"Real estates owners" from entire region arrived in Belgrade, conference on real estates market in Southeast Europe is about to begin

Tomorrow, (March 6-7, 2007, Hotel Hyatt Regency) the second annual conference, organized by Ekonomist media group, under name Real estates market in Southeast Europe - comparative advantages in the region and future trends“, will commence.

This meeting will try to sum up the news in the region on the real estates market, the most attractive segments for investing, the role of investment funds, as well as how much they stimulate the market growth, obstacles faced by the investors on the market, the relation of the country toward investors, etc.

This year, special attention will be given to two location that have been probably attracted the largest number of investors in the last year - Montenegro and Belgrade.

Some of the subjects at this meeting are: Legal regulations - ownership over building land; Restitution; Mortgage Law; Trade centres and hotels – new form of investing in southeast Europe: Is future promising?; Apartment and office space – market trends. Prices of real estates (needs and profitability of construction - class A or B); Investment funds for real estates in southeast Europe; Optimal methods and sources for financing of bigger projects in southeast Europe; Visions of Belgrade in the future: how will Serbia's capital look like in mid-term and long-term period?; Montenegro – the most attractive real estates market in southeast Europe, etc.
