New flats near Delta City – What will residential- business complex Savada offer?

New residential-business complex, which Neimar V is building in Novi Beograd-based Block 67a , will be named Savada. In the first stage, 5 residential lamellas with outlets in the ground floor will be built, Neimar company says.


All lamellas will have a ground floor and 7 floors with some 300 flats differently structured. Facilities will have an energy B category passport. Savada will get 250 parking places in the first stage in the ground garage with additional 68 outdoor.

- In the first stage, 20.593 square meters of residential and i 1.137 m2 of business space as well as 7.277 square meters of underground garage – the Neimar V company says.


Savada is located between Omladinskih brigada, Rjepinova and Uros Martinovic streets.


- The residential-business complex is located between Airport City-a, Delta City shopping mall and Bellevil. There are kindergartens, schools, health centers nearby, the Sava river, the Sava quay which are ten minutes walk from there – Neimar V says.


Due to nearness of big roads as well as option to use numerous public transport options, the location is well-connected with all part of Belgrade.



The site is specific because the fence which surrounds it is painted. Some 200 students from the Faculty for Architecture with whom Neimar V has been cooperating for years was in charge for that.
