Sloboda Hotel in Sabac in final phase of reconstruction

The reconstruction, expansion and regeneration of Sloboda Hotel in Sabac are in the final phase, and this hotel is expected to open by the autumn. The works commenced in July 2005. This hotel occupies a surface area of 14,000 square meters and is comprised of 105 rooms, an a-la-carte restaurant (160 seats), multifunctional rooms (180, 350, 330 seats), two aperitif bars, and a two-storey welness center (swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness).

Apart from basic elements that every four-star hotel should have, the guests of Sloboda will also have at their disposal Internet connection, cable TV, elevators, central heating and cooling systems, equipment for conferences and other events, as well as a parking lot for 56 cars.

Sabac Mayor Milos Milosevic visited this hotel last week and thanked the investor for all the effort, money and energy put into this project that is going to give Sabac a chance to grow into a financial and business center of western Serbia.

According to Miroljub Aleksic, the president of Alco grupa that owns the A hoteli hotel chain which includes Sloboda Hotel, the hotel service will be in line with the highest standards.

The hotel will employ over 100 citizens of Sabac, while workers hired to do the reconstruction of this facility are also from this city.
