New hotel in Cika Ljubina Street in Belgrade - Works expected to end in spring 2015

The first days of March saw the opening of yet another building site in Belgrade. At 13 Cika Ljubina Street, in the former building of the Embassy of Australia, a new hotel is under construction.

A board placed at this building site by the investor (ADOC) says that the existing business space will be expanded, reconstructed, adapted and turned into a hotel (two underground floors, ground floor and nine above-ground floors). All the work should be finished by 1 May 2015.

The total gross surface of this facility is about 2,905 square meters.

The contractor is Amiga Kraljevo, the project was prepared by Vladimir Vuketic from Office contract, and the responsible designer is Tihomir Stosic from the architectural company Ornament investinzenjering.

The building permit for this facility was issued 21 January 2014.
