An attractive facility of former Pevec in Pancevacki Put Street may soon get new owners. Namely, the R. E. Four company today published a notice of sale of that complex situated six kilometers away from downtown Belgrade in the daily Politika.
According to the notice, the surface area of the land lot is 6 hectares with 48,018 square meters covered by facilities. This complex also includes a parking lot for 1,000 cars. The location and the complex itself are fully equipped with necessary infrastructure and utility equipment.
The selling price has not been announced yet.
Pevec in Serbia was opened in late 2008. Conceived as a collosal project, it was in operation for one year only. Construction of one of the largest hypermarkets in Serbia cost as much as EUR 40 million. The liabilities of Pevec in Belgrade were assumed by the OTP Group in January 2012.
