Construction of the Ksenija building, so far the biggest residential and business facility in Tivat-based nautical and tourist complex Porto Montenegro, has started with the digging of the foundation pit.
This EUR 21 million facility is being built by Austria's
Strabag and should be finished in the summer 2015.
eKapija earlier wrote how it was going to look like.Ksenija is situated in the southeast part of Porto Montenegro. The building designed by the London studio Reardon Smith Architects and Paris-based MHZ will feature 48 one-room, two-room and three-room apartments, a private swimming pool and a gym for tenants, and the central yard with coffee shops and grocery stores.
The prices of apartments in Ksenija, which were put on the market in mid-2013, range between 350,000 and 2.2 million euros.
