Ikea seeks 25 ha of land for regional center in Belgrade ?

Unofficially, Swedish "Ikea" seeks location for construction of regional center in Belgrade. There are three possible locations for the time being: the land along the Pančevo road, the Ibar highway, as well as locations around Belgrade - Zagreb highway. According to these sources, "Ikea" plans construction of regional center for this part of Europe. In order to have that facility with related infrastructure built, "Ikea" needs at least 25 ha, which is not easy to find.
