The demand for apartments in the capital city persists with quality apartments being in highest demand. It seems that those most exclusive ones attract the most attention. Namely, the first finished suite within the Ambassador Park Dedinje complex, where a three-room apartment can be bought at a price of EUR 750,000, was presented Friday.
This complex is located at 23 Neznanog Junaka Street in Dedinje, at the corner with Sime Lozanica Street. The investor is Ambassador Park Dedinje d.o.o., whose founder and owner is Bank Austria.
As eKapija was told by people at the NAI Atrium company, a subsidiary of NAI Global, one of the world's largest real estate management companies, the facility is now undergoing finishing works and should be completed by the year's end.
What is quite surprising is the large surface area of these apartments, of which there will be a total of 25 within this complex.
- Our suites are different in size, ranging from spacious three-room flats covering a surface area of 212 square meters to penthouses of 913 square meters that are similar to villas in terms of comfort, but are easier and more affordable to maintain. All residential units are designed to meet the requirements of even the most sophisticated buyers - with a breathtaking view of Belgrade, spacious balconies, landscape architecture and state-of-the-art finishing work - NAI Atrium Srbija Executive Manager Roman Klott says to eKapija, adding that the complex also comprises several business suites covering a surface area of 95 square meters and more.
Our interlocutor points out that they have not defined the price per square meter yet because they sell "housing units, not square meters."
- My opinion is that the price directly depends on the quality of real estate, and our complex is deinitely one of the best in Belgrade.
Klott stresses that flooring, walls, doors, bathrooms and sanitary equipment in all apartments are of the highest quality.
People at NAI Atrium Srbija are very satisfied with the interest in this project so far. As they say, queries are coming from people from Belgrade and all around Serbia, but also from the region and other European countries.
- This kind of diversity of our future tenants is exactly what we wanted to see - a community made up of successful people of various profiles, cultural and national diversity. Apartments are also intended for successful individuals, athletes, families and all those who will know to appreciate the advantages of this unique location, the peace and greenery of Dedinje, as well as the fact that several international schools, parks and restaurants are located nearby and that downtown Belgrade is only few kilometers away.
Ambassador Park Dedinje is expected to receive first tenants in the spring 2014.
