Construction of marina within Lustica Bay complex in Tivat to start October 14th

Lustica Development, part of the Swiss company Orascom, will mark the beginning of construction of a marina within the Lustica Bay complex in Tivat on Monday (14 October 2013), when first 100 homeowners will get keys to their houses.

As it was announced, this ceremony will be attended by Orascom President Samih Saviris, Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic and Ivana Djukanovic, a representative of homeowners.

The Lustica Bay project, whose total value is estimated at over EUR 1 billion, is being implemented by the Lustica Development company. This Tivat-based company has so far invested more than EUR 30 million in the project involving the construction of over 1,500 apartments, seven hotels with a total of 1,200 rooms, two marinas with 170 moorings for yachts, an 18-hole Gary Player Design golf course, and city facilities, including boutiques, restaurants, cafe bars, a school and a hospital.
