New "Tempo" near Kvantaš market in Belgrade to be the biggest store in the Balkans

The latest "Delta" hypermarket "Tempo" will be opened in the second half of December 2006 near Kvantaš market in Belgrade and in the vicinity of the biggest rival - company "MB Rodić".

The store on the surface of 18,000 square meters with 40 cash registers, according to the claims of the employees of company "Delta" will be the biggest in Serbia and in the Balkans.

The offer of that megamarket will include about 50,000 articles. The buyers in that store will be the first to see the results of business agreement between "Delta" and "Agrokor", because this hypermarket will have the largest variety of products from Croatia in its offer.

- We already cooperate with many leading Croatian manufacturers, such as "Podravka", "Kraš", "Saponia", and the expansion of assortments from their units is in the pipeline - said Dragan Filipović, general retail sales manager in company "Delta".

He added that the cooperation with "Agrokor" would not be one-sided, because it is expected that the domestic goods will appear in the stores of "Agrokor's" market chain.
