- Porto and Tivat will be more beautiful than Monaco - Canadian billionaire Peter Monk said when he bought the former repair facility Arsenal and promised a "maritime miracle."

The Porto Montenegro marina, where one berth costs up to as much as EUR 2 million, is only a part of this 'Bay of Kotor' dream that is slowly coming true.

The nautical tourism complex Porto Montenegro that already comprises five luxury residential villas - Teuta, Zeta, Ozana, Milena, and Tara, will soon get the sixth facility of the kind. Construction of Ksenija, for which the Adriatic Marinas company has asked a building permit, will commence this autumn.
Ksenija will feature 48 apartments of different size (studios, two-room and three room apartments) that will cost between EUR 350,000 and EUR 2.2 million.

Tenants will have a modern swimming pool with the view of the sea at their disposal, as well as a gym and a number of other amenities.

The building that will connect the town port of Pine with Porto Montenegro has been designed by London-based studio Reardon Smith Architects in cooperation with the MHZ company from Paris.

The sale of apartments within this complex has already begun, and although the prices are dizzying, there are many people interested in this luxury. Ten apartments are already booked, and Ksenija is the most appealing to rich people from the Far East.

The plan is to finish the construction of Ksenija by the summer 2015. The complex will be built by Austria's Strabag.

You can visit Porto Montenegro's website to see how the luxury complex will look like as well as to find more information about all the amenities and the ways to buy apartments.

Porto Montenegro covers a surface area of 24 hectares. Also, construction of Regent Hotel featuring 80 suites is currently underway within this marina and should be finished next year.
