Who will build hotel and suites at Jabucko Ravniste - Competition for co-investors ends August 6th

It will be learned soon if there are investors interested in the construction of a hotel and suite complex in a tourist resort at Jabucko Ravniste.

The Finance Ministry and the Stara Planina public company still seek co-investors. The original deadline to submit bids was June 29th, but it was later extended until August 6th.

The state is looking for co-investors for the construction of aforementioned hotel and suite complex at Mount Stara Planina as well as those interested in co-financing the construction of multi-family suites, that is, boarding houses.
