Aside from getting the first Plaza Center in Serbia, the citizens of Kragujevac are also offered a growing number of residential facilities. With the arrival of Fiat and Israeli investors, it is more than obvious that the heart of Sumadija is gaining in attractiveness.
The company Centralna Radionica (Central Workshop), which operates as part of the financial group BJN, has already offered the citizens of Kragujevac about 50 apartments, while soon another 50 people could buy themselves a place to live in that city.
This contemporary residential facility is situated in one of the most attractive locations in Kragujevac, in the vicinity of the city center, right next to Plaza Shopping Center.
The complex will comprise two buildings and 110 apartments in total.
Building A consists of 45 apartments of various structures (from studios to three-room apartments), ranging in size from about 24 to 63 square meters. The sale of these apartments is already underway.
The other building, which will have seven floors, is currently in the phase "Elevation Zero".
- What makes these apartments different than others is a high quality of construction and interior work, which will ensure a comfortable living for future tenants - people at Centralna Radionica, the project investor, told eKapija.
Namely, all apartments will feature PVC carpentry, high-security front door, oak flooring, first-class ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathrom, intercom, telephone line, cable TV connection in the living room and all bedrooms and central heating system.
Given that Kragujevac also lacks accommodation capacities, Centralna Radionica plans to have a garni hotel built in the city.
The location of the future hotel is already known, but we will have to wait until the commencement of its construction to learn all the details of this investment.
