NAI atrium expands portfolio to Sustainable Building Services

NAI atrium is one of the leading commercial consultancies in Central and Southeast Europe with the presence in the markets since 2005. Its wide range of the services from commercial and residential agency, facility & property management, valuations, investment consulting and project management, expanded this year to the sustainable building services consultancy including green building certification.

NAI atrium says that interest in sustainable construction is steadily increasing and there are already several buildings in the process of certification. Recently, NAI atrium has been instructed to render sustainable services for BBC1Plus - a 30.000 m2 office building.
