As an extension of the works on the city center development, the municipality of Paracin is close to finish an architectural and town planning project focusing on the left side of Kralja Petra Prvog street, that is, the area between Stosic jewelry store and the residential and business building Kula.

The plan is to build 7,606 square meters of new buildings, in several phases, on an area of 1,775 square meters, without a possibility of building annexes on flat roofs or occupying the pavement.

At last week's public presentation, the municipality of Paracin presented the owners of buildings in this area and all interested investors with the future look of the city core.

- All building owners now know what they can build, and it is up to them to individually, together, or with new investors, find an interest in developing this area - said Sasa Paunovic, mayor of Paracin.

A garage is planned to be built beneath the new architectural entity.

All plans should be finished until the year's end.
