Recovery of real estate market in Belgrade - Colliers Srbija rented over 15,000 square meters of office space in 2011

The data provided by the real estate consulting company Colliers International show that the recovery of the real estate market in Serbia is close. This company has rented over 15,000 square meters of office space since the beginning of this year.

One of the most significant transactions is the mediation for a "call center" of the U.S. giant, Sitel, which rented a space in a business building in New Belgrade. Other clients are mainly companies engaged in retail trade, IT industry and marketing, Colliers International announced.

Since the last quarter in every year is always the most active, aforementioned size of the office space rented to date is expected to grow by another few thousand square meters by the year's end.
