(Bulevar Alpha City)
For those who would like to have an apartment or a workspace in the urban part of the capital city, the company International Alpha Construction is building the residential and business complex Bulevar Alpha City in Zvezdara borough. On a lot in the vicinity of Kralja Aleksandra boulevard and Ustanicka street, a total of 299 apartment of various structures will be situated.
As Suzana Mak of International Alpha Construction told eKapija, the complex should be finished until December 2012.
On a slope with the view of the central zone of Belgrade, the contractor, Radun Inzenjering from Backa Palanka, commenced the construction of a suite complex in May 2011. Belgrade-based CEP is responsible for the look of the complex.
- The shape and morphology of the location determined the land-utilization solution for Alpha City. The terrain itself is slanting, with the height difference of about 11 meters, which significantly affected the architectural design of the complex. Residential contents are planned to be built alongside access roads, while a business block with all accompanying facilities and separate entrance should be built at the lowest point of the terrain, along Zivka Davidovica street. Construction of a promenade/stairs next to the block, leading to Kralja Aleksandra boulevard, is also in the pipeline – said people at International Alpha Construction.
The plan is to build 299 apartments on this lot, ranging from studios to three-room flats. Because of the slanting terrain, it is possible to form two ground floors in buildings, that is, a high and a low ground floor. Both residential and office space will be situated on ground floors, while overground floors will be intended exclusively for housing space.
This residential and business complex will also comprise a two-level parking lot for 247 vehicles.
Pasina Cesma (Pasha's Fountain) small square – for pedestrians to enjoy
Buildings will be situated around a joint yard - the small square Pasina Cesma, thus creating a peaceful housing ambiance. The plan is to make that yard a park with greenery and a playground for children, which will be exclusively at the disposal of tenants of Alpha City and serve as their gathering place.
All buildings also have entrances for people with disabilities.International Alpha Construction was set up in 2003, with the headquarters in Belgrade, and it is engaged in high-rise building investment.
