The company Bambi Banat, major part of which has been neglected over the past few years, will be handed over to the City of Pozarevac to manage it.
Mayor of Pozarevac expressed the readiness to have the representatives of the city management talk with the Milosevic family in order to return even the part of the company allotted to Marko Milosevic to the city.
The officials of Pozarevac and Bambi Banat signed yesterday a protocol on cooperation, which is the basis for an agreement for resolving the property relations in the following period. In addition to Bambi Park, the city will also be returned Sweet House in the center of Pozarevac.
Mayor Miodrag Milosavljevic said that Bambilend would be handed over to the city free of charge, while the city would have an obligation to buy the facilities situated in the park.
- We will get that land for free because the city donated the land at the time when Bambi Park was under construction. Since Bambi owes RSD 700,000 to the city for Sweet House, that money will be used as a compensation - said Milosavljevic.Bambi Banat CEO Miroslav Miletic explained that there were two separate entities on a 2.5-hectare lot and that Bambi Banat would return two hectares to the city.
